A little bit sweeter than the other Trappists I've had. But it was nice.

Boaks - two blind monks - Dubbel Ale

This was a dark amber beer - it was a bit rich and malty and a little sweet.

Tommasi - 2008

Drank this in Amsterdam at Cafe di David. Smooth, dry and yet a finish of sweetness

Old Chub Scotch Ale

Apparently has 8% alcohol. Bad for driving, but tastes great. Reminds me of a watered down Guinness.

Red wine - '07 Miralmonte crianza

Nice bold red wine.

Spanish sparking wine - Juvé Camps

This sparkling wine is very bubbly. You'd think it dry, but it's very dry. Not my fav.

Spanish Beer - Estrella Galicia

This hop-less Spanish lager is super delicious. Very smooth and a bit nutty.

Saje - Hakkaisan

At an art opening, for Brady's friend Keiko Miyamori, had this delightful dry and crisp sake. Very fine.

Sake - Hitori Musume

This dry rice wine has overtones of nuts. It has a nice lingering finish. Drank at Amber.
